Return policy
What if the product isn't what I expected?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. If it doesn't match the photos, doesn't fit the way you hoped, or simply isn't right, send it back to our UK returns address and we'll refund you in full. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We cover everything. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll either ship a replacement straight away or issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost. You don't pay a penny.
Where do I send returns?
All returns go to our UK returns address in Greater Manchester — no international shipping, no customs forms to fill in. The full address is provided when you contact us at support@myjewellerybox.co.uk.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do, for any item that arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the UK return label (typically £3–4 with Royal Mail).
How long does the refund take?
We process refunds within 2 working days of receiving your return at our UK address. Your bank typically takes another 3–5 working days to display the funds in your account.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. Email us before sending the item back and we'll set the new piece aside so nothing sells out while we wait for your parcel.

Where do you ship from?
Our pieces are crafted by trusted makers and dispatched from our international warehouse, which allows us to keep prices fair without compromising on quality. Returns are handled at our UK address in Greater Manchester.

United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard tracked delivery to the UK then takes 8–14 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Standard tracked delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout.
Will I be able to track my parcel?
Yes. Every order ships fully tracked from dispatch to delivery, with regular status updates. If anything goes silent for more than 72 hours, email us and we'll chase the carrier directly.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. All taxes and duties are included in the price you see at checkout. The amount you pay is the amount you pay — nothing extra on delivery.
My order is for a birthday / Christmas — when should I order by?
For Christmas, please order by 30 November to be safe. For other named occasions, we recommend allowing 3 weeks between order and the gift date to give yourself a comfortable buffer.

Will the product look like the photos?
Yes. Every photo on the site is the actual product — no 3D renders, no studio tricks. We also include real customer photos in our reviews so you can see how it looks in real homes, on real dressers.
What are your boxes made of?
Materials are listed in plain English on every product page (vegan leather finish, velvet lining, metal clasp, etc.). We don't hide behind vague terms — if something is a vegan leather finish, we say so.
Will my jewellery actually fit?
Each product page shows the exact internal dimensions and the number of compartments, hooks and ring slots. If you're unsure, email us a quick description of your collection and we'll tell you which model fits best.
Does the box have a chemical smell?
No. Every box is aired before dispatch and uses materials selected to be odour-free out of the parcel. If you ever receive one that smells off, we'll replace it free of charge.
Are the clasps and locks functional?
Our boxes use a secure metal clasp that holds the lid firmly closed during transport and daily use. Where a key is included, treat it as a decorative finishing touch — we don't market our boxes as theft-proof safes, and we won't pretend otherwise.
How should I care for my box?
A soft, dry cloth is enough. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. Velvet linings can be refreshed with a soft brush. No chemical cleaners.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every transaction is SSL-encrypted and processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us. After that, your parcel is already being prepared for dispatch and we may not be able to intercept it.
Will the price appear on the parcel or invoice inside?
No. We never include pricing or commercial documents inside the parcel — every order is sent gift-ready, even when it isn't a gift.
Do you have verified reviews?
Yes. Verified reviews from real customers are displayed on every product page, with photos wherever possible.

Can I ship directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. The parcel arrives with no invoice, no pricing, and clean protective packaging — ready to hand over.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in presentation-ready packaging by default. For Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we also release seasonal gift sleeves at no extra cost during the relevant weeks.
What if my gift recipient wants to exchange it?
They can. Forward them our return policy or email us — we'll handle the exchange directly with them and never reveal the original price.
I don't know which model they'll love. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us a few details about the person (style preferences, current setup, how many pieces they own) and we'll recommend the most-loved option for that profile. Free exchanges within 30 days if they'd prefer a different one.
